Adam Collins and I went for a little walk around the block with our cameras. This is what that looks like. It’s slightly unnerving/unsettling tagging along with someone who grew up in a city that you’re truly seeing and attempting to photograph for the first time. Truthfully, I’ve been in Greensboro for a few weeks, but didn’t feel comfortable taking out my camera and exploring with it until now. I needed time to wander, time for this place to settle in and for me to settle in it, and for us to get acquainted with one another. This is quite possible one of my favourite places to facilitate photographic exploration … so many hidden treasures to find. More images coming soonishly.
